Fiona is a multi-lingual training consultant, facilitator, psychologist and coach with over 20 years international experience of designing and delivering learning and development solutions to meet the needs of clients in private, public, voluntary and academic organisations.
Fiona started her career in customer services with British Airways, before moving into a variety of Human Resource Development roles inside multinationals such as DHL and Coca-Cola Enterprises – where she was responsible for managing the training needs of 300 employees at Coca-Cola UK´s highest performing operations site.
In search of sun and a new challenge, Fiona left the UK in 2008 and moved to Barcelona, where she has been working since as a freelance trainer and coach. She works closely with a diverse range of clients to analyse their learning needs and designs and delivers bespoke learning events including 1-1 and group coaching, training courses, workshops and webinars.
Drawing on her business knowledge, emotional intelligence and understanding of behaviour, Fiona increases clients’ self-awareness and brings energy and interaction to her learning events, creating an open environment in which to explore attitudes and facilitate behavioural change.
Fiona has an excellent understanding of cross-cultural communication acquired from training multinational groups and conducting training across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and South America. Her strong interpersonal skills allow her to quickly develop rapport with delegates across all levels and in different languages due to her fluency in Spanish, French, German and some Brazilian Portuguese
A “people” person with an avid interest in behaviour and self-development has led her to expand her coaching skills into the areas of occupational and counselling psychology. Fiona combines her positive outlook and motivational skills to help individuals strengthen their self-belief and overcome limiting attitudes in order to release their true potential.
