Incident Command System (ICS) for Facility Leaders

This course introduces facility leaders to the structure and operation of the Incident Command System (ICS), enabling effective emergency coordination and control. Participants learn how to fulfill ICS roles, manage incidents, and lead response teams under pressure.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
